We collect the data you provide through the site-visit form — name, company or brand, role, email, phone and the information about the space and your request — and the contact details you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your request, schedule and carry out the site visit and prepare the quote. The legal basis is your consent and Plenno's legitimate interest in responding to a commercial contact.
How long we keep it
We keep the data only for as long as necessary to respond to the request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or transfer your data. It may be processed by service providers acting on Plenno's behalf (for example, to send email), under contract and only for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, as well as object to processing or withdraw consent. To do so, write to info@plenno.pt.
