We are a company specialised in the management and execution of commercial fit-outs.
How it started
Plenno was born from hands-on experience.
While delivering personal projects, our director, William Cardoso, an architect, began applying management methods to the works he coordinated, aiming for greater control, organisation and predictability at every stage.
The results were noticed and, naturally, requests began to arrive for him to apply the same method to implementing and managing other people's projects.
That is how Plenno was born — and also why we formalised our method before gaining scale.
We started with the method; growth came after.
Why we exist
So that a brand can open, remodel or convert a commercial space without having to set up a works operation for it. What we deliver isn't a finished space: it's an expansion plan turned into an asset ready to operate, on the agreed date.
The real deadline, not the pleasing one.
A communicated opening date is a commitment, not an optimistic estimate. If there's a risk of slippage, the client hears it from us first.
A single point of responsibility.
We don't hand the problem back to the client. There's no that's the contractor's, that's the architect's or that's the shopping centre's. There's one point of contact: Plenno.
Nothing is promised without being verified.
We don't state deadlines, values, licences or compliances we can't prove.
The client's operation comes first.
When working in an open store, the client's revenue is the priority, not the convenience of the works.
How we're organised
A central team and a network of technical operators with nationwide coverage, contracted, coordinated and supervised by us. It's a choice: it lets us pick the best executor for each trade and each region, instead of fitting every project to the teams we happen to have available. For the client, the difference that counts is that responsibility is one, and it's ours.
A small central team and a network of technical operators with nationwide coverage. Responsibility always sits with the central team, and it has a name.
William Cardoso
Director
Architect with over a decade coordinating commercial build-outs, with a growing focus on the process: on why works run late and how to get ahead of it. He founded Plenno to turn what he learned into a repeatable method, from kick-off to turnkey, with one point of responsibility.
Jaqueline Fazolim
Commercial Manager
Fifteen years of experience in construction. MBA in Project Management. She leads the first conversation with the client, maps what they need before naming the service, and follows the commercial process through to award. The point of contact is hers.
Thomas Deuel
Project Manager
Architect. He ensures the design reaches site fully reconciled, that the site sequence is respected and that supervision through numbered visits happens. The technical detail is his.

Nationwide coverage.
Physical execution of the works is carried out by specialised technical operators, contracted and supervised by Plenno, selected by works history, local capacity and documentary compliance. No trade enters the site without a prior contract. It's this network that lets us work simultaneously in Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve and the interior, with the same delivery standard.
We look for people who care about work done right and deadlines met — in the central team and in the network of technical operators. If that sounds like you, get in touch.
